As in the previous edition, Joaquim Chaves Saúde’s presence stood out thanks to the support of an experienced team in Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy, ensuring specialised assistance for participants.
This year, Joaquim Chaves Saúde strengthened its commitment to the athletes by providing two support tents: a physiotherapy tent, set up on the main field and dedicated to the prevention and recovery of minor injuries, and a medical tent at the venue, staffed with doctors and nurses to handle more complex cases.
Over the two-day event, Joaquim Chaves Saúde’s team was supported by on-site teams stationed permanently in both tents, ensuring the necessary assistance for athletes and streamlining coordination with the Emergency Department of Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Norte whenever required.
The Rugby Youth Festival is one of the sport’s most popular events and has taken place every year in Portugal since 2009.
