JCS Metro Entre Campos stands out for its innovative approach, giving clients the opportunity to carry out clinical analyses at the start of the day, on their way to work, and receive the results already on their return home, either in paper or digital format. This new concept reinforces the brand's commitment to modernising health services and ensuring the well-being of our clients.
Located in a freely accessible area of the station, the new post allows anyone to benefit from clinical analysis services without needing to pass through the turnstiles or use the metro. Therefore, both those passing through and those who live or work nearby can have clinical analyses carried out quickly and conveniently.
To mark this opening, we carried out a special activation over a week inside the Entre Campos station, involving several promoters who introduced the new post to passers-by. To illustrate the practicality, convenience, and speed of the service, we set up a coffee stand, serving coffee in cups personalised with our brand. This approach was designed to associate clinical analysis services with a simple, quick, and daily habit of almost all Portuguese people: drinking coffee on the way to work. With the claim “It’s as quick to have a coffee as it is to do a clinical analysis”, we reinforced the message that there are essential routines which are easy to incorporate into the morning commute.
The communication regarding the opening of this new post was not limited to this activation and also included dissemination through a network of advertising panels inside the metro and train stations of Entre Campos, an SMS campaign, distribution of flyers in the area’s households, and a strong digital component, investing in Google and META (Instagram and Facebook).
