The brand was chosen based on the results of an independent study carried out by Consumer Choice, which assessed three laboratories operating in the field of Clinical Analyses.
In the study, Joaquim Chaves Saúde won the category with 84.6%, in a result that combines the attributes/values, the level of recommendation and the relationship/empathy with the brand.
Among the main attributes were the wide portfolio of clinical analyses, the speed of service, the easy contact with the brand, the opening hours and the qualifications of the professionals.
With regard to the relationship between consumers and the brand, those surveyed highlighted the positive experience of contact, the positive memories they had after carrying out clinical analyses at the units and recognised the importance given to social responsibility.
