The first unit is located next to the A5 Pharmacy, in the Lisbon-Cascais direction (km 9.6), and offers the population four different services in one place: Appointments without an appointment, Nursing, Tests (clinical analyses and cardiology tests) and Pharmaceutical Services.
The new unit offers consultations on the spot, without an appointment, between 8am and 8pm, by a specialist doctor, and a Nursing Service, between 7am and midnight, to respond to minor incidents or provide the necessary support. With regard to complementary means of diagnosis, the population will have access to clinical analyses (Monday to Friday, between 7am and 8pm; Saturday from 7am to 1pm) and cardiology tests (between 7am and midnight), such as electrocardiograms. The team of health professionals will be made up of doctors, nurses, clinical analysis technicians and, where necessary, pharmacists.
The opening hours of this unit will initially be Monday to Saturday. The clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
As a result of this partnership, the two health groups are also preparing to open more units by the end of this year.
