This new campaign combines a challenging copy (“In Alvalade, everything is close. Even your next appointment”) with images that refer to the close relationship between neighbors that is usually experienced in the traditional and old neighborhoods of the city of Lisbon, such as Alvalade. The aim is to involve the residents of the parish and, by direct association with the neighborhood atmosphere, show them that they now have a new medical clinic right next door with a familiar service.
Located in the heart of Avenida da Igreja, in Alvalade (Lisbon), the clinic offers a Clinical Analysis service, with agreements with the main insurance companies and health subsystems (including the ARS) and a comprehensive range of consultations and exams, without long waits. Find out more here.
The campaign, which marks the opening of Clínica de Alvalade, includes sending SMS, segmented by geolocation, to residents of the parish and distributing flyers in letterboxes. In addition to these actions, the creative is visible in all the Group's units, on digital billboards and physical communication media. The communication strategy also involves the installation of directional traffic arrows in the parish, which indicate how far residents are from their “next appointment”, and a strong digital component, with a presence on Google and social media (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn).
